Dear Mr. Ted Wolk,
First of all I would like to appreciate your effort in displaying the information for people who are looking to make it big in the Insurance Business Career.
My name is Sayed Zaidi, I have been working with the XXXXX life Insurance Company (XXX) here in Dubai,UAE for about an year.
I was highly motivated during my Training programs, but it took a little longer for me to get my first sales.
As of now, I am facing a lot of rejections which is natural in this business. Its been a year & I am still cold calling for getting new business as up till I should have had generated leads through referrals, which wasn't successful.
I would like to know:
1) What might be the best Tasks or activities I could do in order to turn an interview full of objections into a SALE ?
2) Tools to keep myself motivated as I lose my self esteem when there is a Gap between my last sale & the forthcoming sale.
